These guys are fantastic! I was paying the monthly maintenance on three luxury condos, two of them empty, for almost a year, with an 8-1/2% mortgage on one of the empty ones. I had to pull funds from my IRA to cover all those monthly payments. And I was in a contract with an agent who never got more than two showings per month to sell two of the properties. Then Yossi and Ronit came along and knew exactly what to do. They were as professional as can be, with their advice, courtesy, advertising, and availability. I was able to get out of the old contract, and both properties sold within two or three months at reasonable prices. I can't imagine a better team.
